I recently brought my lab Ruby in for an emergency ear repair. Each of you responded so professionally and tenderly to her and me. Dr. Durland explained clearly what would be offered. His tech (sorry I don’t remember names) held Ruby so she felt safe. Dirinda (sp?) is a dear friend and responded immediately to calming me down after the terrible freak accident. I adore each of you. You are a part of my family.
