Our poor lab mix, Chief, was presented with acute drug induced neutropenia and was close to death. It was an unusual case, but Dr. Neu (who was filling in for our regular vet) was persistent, thoughtful, and always available, even after hours. She researched Chief's unusual condition, tracked down experts at Washington State University and in the end helped to save Chief's life. She is kind, professional, and has a true love of animals. There is not better!!!!
